About Us
The CEL-MAR Company came into existence in June 1990, with object above all of activity was a service
of the international trade of enterprises and private persons. In 1993 the CEL-MAR company got the
Concession for conducting the Customs Agency as first in the Kielce province (Świętokrzyskie at present).
We got confidence of many Customers with our professional service and experience through next years for activity..
After accessing Poland to the EU in 2004, CEL-MAR Customs Agency introduced series of electronic
systems for documents interchanging with the Customs Office in the purpose of comprehensive and
efficient servicing of customers:
- 2004.05.01 - Celina WEB-CEL system, for standard procedures:
- making out of customs and transit documents SAD, SAD-BIS,
- making out Certificates of Origin, EUR.1, CMR, TIR Carnet, CIM, SMGS,
- 2004.05.01 - Celina OPUS System, for simplified procedures:
- making out of customs and transit documents SAD, SAD-BIS,
- making out Certificates of Origin, EUR.1, CMR, TIR Carnet, CIM, SMGS,
- 2004.05.01 - the INTRASTAT system, working out the declaration, preparing invoices Intra-Community WDT and WNT,
- 2005.07.18 - the NCTS system, transit customs clearance,
- 2005.09.01 - the ZEFIR system, customs-tax and financial-accounting accounting, it is a computer system comprehensively
operating the whole of causes connected with finances and the bookkeeping of the Polish Customs Services,
- 2005.09.01 - the OSOZ system, service of Securities and Permits. It assures for Celina,
NCTS, Zephyr and other systems, access to electronic services within the scope of the service and
settlement of the guarantee and the protections,
- 2007.07.31 - the ECS system, export customs clearance,
