INTRASTAT System
INTRASTAT, it System of the Statistics of Trades between membership states the EU.
The consequence of introduction the INTRASTAT system in Poland (from May the 2004) is imposed an
obligation to send the information about turnovers cashed on companies doing the trade with membership
states of European Union i.e. about the made import of goods from territory the EU on territory of Poland
– inside common purchasing and export of goods from territory of Poland on territory of Union – inside common
delivery.
INTRASTAT declarations are being submitting in monthly cycles. It is overall, monthly information about made
imports and exports of goods.
The VAT declaration sum up is an additional placed document quarterly analysed period, with particular
accounting for the common trade with specific suppliers or purchasers of goods.
